Kimberly Herron

Kimberly Herron joined the Law Office of Tamela T. Wallace as an associate attorney in 2018 and focuses exclusively on family law. Attorney Herron is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Spanish. She earned her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where participated in the Family Law Clinic and litigated child custody cases and advocated on behalf of parents in abuse, neglect and dependency cases.

As a family law attorney, Attorney Herron’s priority is to provide her clients with a sense of comfort and ease while she handles their case with the utmost attention and care. Attorney Herron has assisted numerous clients in Mecklenburg and surrounding counties with divorce, separation agreements, child custody, child support, legitimations, adoptions and other family law issues. From this experience, Attorney Herron understands that no one family is the same. Therefore, she applies her knowledge of the law to develop a legal strategy unique to her client’s individual circumstances.

When Attorney Herron is not preparing for mediation or litigation, she enjoys travelling, going to concerts, and spending time with her family and her son, Chance.
